Even those less-than-perfect made stellar cider that lasted the year. \nToday\, supermarkets stock only a few varieties\, favoring apples that travel well and are uniform and visually appealing. DESCRIPTION:Growing up in a household with a father who was a chef in an Asian fusion restaurant\, I was introduced to a wide range of some great tasting and interesting food. From an early age\, I learned the importance to try anything and everything at least once. From my first taste of sushi\, I was hooked and appreciate how it can be taken to a true art form with its many variations. That love of food led me to pursue a college degree in hospitality management. What I’ve noticed most about Emerson students is their willingness to voice their opinion. Personally\, we welcome the input because when you gain a greater understanding of guests’ interests and needs we can focus on creating an exceptional guest experience that exceeds expectations.
