Chef Lachance and the culinary team will put you in a Mardi Gras mood with shrimp étouffée\, jambalaya\, red beans and rice\, warm gumbo dip\, stuffed catfish filet with a spicy rémoulade\, mocktails\, and great tasting desserts.
