Love Food, Love Gochujang

The ruddy hue of this fermented Korean chili sauce immediately hints at immense depth: spicy, savory, sweet, and funky all at once. It will linger on your tongue with an intensity that’s enough to send a tingle up your spine. Come by the Dining Center to sample our Korean bibimbap rice bowl with spinach, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, chicken, beef or tofu with a Gochujang sweet and spicy sauce @global. Next door we’ll be serving japchae which is a Korean sweet potato soup that has sweet potato noodles, spinach, carrots, sesame oil, potato, shiitake mushroom with Gochujang sweet and spicy flavor @pure.
