For any regular visitors to the @global or @pure stations you probably already know "Lih Lih." But, on March 27th make the point to introduce yourself and get to know this very creative culinarian on our team. She's the inspiration for many of the dishes you've had at these upper level stations.
We wanted to end the school year in style by putting out an good old New England clambake. The must make meal will feature native lobster, clam chowder with fresh rolls and butter, steamer clams, mussels, linguiça, red bliss potatoes, corn on the cob, house-made coleslaw and sliced watermelon.
Foods that come on a stick are fun and easy to eat. Celebrate the day by trying our fun creations. No utensils needed!
